How pricing works
We charge based on the number of employees you schedule each month. Here's what affects your quote:
Facility size
Small clinic (10-50 employees), mid-size hospital (50-200), large health system (200+). Larger teams get volume discounts.
Complexity
Single location vs multi-site. Number of units/departments. Float pool management. Complexity adds minimal cost—usually 10-20% more than baseline.
Integrations
Standard HRIS/payroll integrations are included. Custom integrations with proprietary systems may have a one-time setup fee.
Implementation timeline
Most organizations are fully operational within 1-2 weeks:
- Day 1-3: Import your staff roster, configure policies and rules
- Day 4-7: Generate test schedules, train your scheduling team
- Day 8-14: Roll out mobile app to staff, integrate with payroll

After launch, you have unlimited access to email and chat support. Response times average under 2 hours during business hours.
